In the 13th season of The Sims 4 story, “The Legacy of Hannah McCoy”, Caiden and his girlfriend Jamie attempt to raise her younger half-sister, Travitha, before she is influenced once again by poor parental figures. Tomi and Jarrett prepare for their very first child and face the challenges of balancing work and family. Meanwhile, the other Scott siblings try to find their own place in the world as they deal with broken hearts and their own teenage ambitions.
