Dear Diary,
I haven’t seen Ignacio at Sunnycreek at all since the day he dumped me. I’m relieved but I also constantly feel like I’m walking on eggshells waiting to round a corner and see him again.
I’ve heard murmurs amongst my classmates that he’s still a teenager but he transferred schools. Others have whispered he lost a fight to a cowplant. But I’ve been checking neighborhood stories non-stop and I have yet to see his name in there.
Sometimes I think to myself: what would I say if I ran into him again? Would I turn and run in the opposite direction? Or would I let him have it and tell him exactly how awful he is?
