Back at the Scott loft, Jamie was helping Travitha with her homework.
Failing out of elementary school, Travitha had a lot of catching up to do.
Jamie pulled Caiden outside. “She’s so behind! How do we help her catch up?”
“I say… we get out of here. Take her on the adventure of a lifetime.”
“Caiden,” Jamie giggled. “She’s failing out of school and you want to take her on a vacation?”
“You laugh but she’s got 3 vacation days. Why not? Give her a chance to learn outside of that giant rabbit hole. Plus, it will give us all the opportunity to bond. Trust me —“
“You’re both going to love it! Treasure hunts, waterfalls, skeletons…”
Jamie smiled. He was so cute when he got excited about a new adventure. “Okay, you won me over. Let’s give it a try… just try to keep me away from those skeletons, okay?”
They arrived in Selvadorada. “Now this, is the jungle! Beware of spiders, bats, crazy bees… and of course skeletons when we get to the tomb.”
“Besides that, have fun! Run around! And just have the time of your life!”
Travitha smiled giddily. She had never been on a vacation before.
As Caiden cut down the vines to begin their adventure, Travitha and Jamie did an excited happy dance together.
“Thank you for taking me here,” Travitha smiled.
“You’re not such a bad sister after all,” she smiled.
Jamie hugged Travitha with a smile. Caiden was right, she thought. We’re finally bonding.
“Guys, I’ve almost got it!” Caiden said before giving the vines one last strike.
Once on the other side, Caiden went straight for the treasure chest and recovered a small amount of treasure.
Travitha took out a tiny shovel and began searching for treasure too.
As she stood up, a giant spider landed on her shoulder. This is one of those spiders that Caiden warned me about, she thought.
She waved her arms and the spider jumped off of her. “That wasn’t so bad,” she giggled.
After a good night sleep, they woke up at the natural pool. Travitha pulled out her snorkeling goggles and went for a swim.
Jamie joined her. “I don’t think you’re going to find any fish in this pool,” she said looking at Travitha’s goggles.
“You never know!” she giggled. “There could be a giant shark coming right up behind you…”
Travitha smacked the water with her hands, letting off a big splash.
Jamie and Travitha laughed.
“You’re really funny,” she smiled.
After a tumultuous start to their relationship, their dynamic was changing. They both realized how much fun it was joking around with each other.
As they explored the tomb for the final leg of their journey, Jamie received an alarming phone call.
It was the school. “If Travitha’s grades keep being neglected,” they said, “we’ll be calling social services and take her away… for good.” Uh oh… maybe this trip wasn’t such a good idea? Will Travitha be taken away when they return home?! Keep following to find out what happens next.

Throughout Caiden’s childhood, I envisioned a number of different careers for him. Spy, athlete, military, detective. But the second I sent him on this vacation, I knew what his future career would be: Treasure Hunter.
I’ve sent sims treasure hunting before but I’ve never done it multiple times. I discovered that the treasure hunts actually get more complex with each visit and it’s been a really fun “career” to explore!
