Back at the loft, Jamie playfully jumped out and tried to scare Caiden. “Boo!” she said with a bounce.
“Ah you got me!” he said.
Travitha laughed. Who knew scaring people could be for fun?
Jamie laughed. “You should’ve seen your face!”
Caiden chuckled back. “That’s fine Jamie… you won this round. But you better watch your back now,” he joked.
Travitha suddenly pointed to the wall. “What’s that? Is that a spider?” she asked as Jamie turned to look.
“Boo!” she said trying to copy Jamie.
“Ahh!” Jamie screamed.
“Well played Travitha, well played,” she said.
“Really?” she smiled proudly.
“You are definitely the winner of the startle competition,” Jamie said.
Travitha giggled with joy.
“Why don’t you go watch a little TV? Winners choice,” she said with a loving kiss on the cheek.
Travitha sat down and turned on an old black and white show. There was something so comforting about these lighthearted sitcoms. No problem ever lasted longer than 30 minutes.
As she sat on the couch, Caiden approached. “Can I join you?” he asked.
Travitha looked at him. Every time someone wanted to spend time with her, she still felt hesitant. “I guess so,” she said.
“Oh! I love this one,” he said sitting down. “It’s the one where Suzy and Bethel try to join Mickey’s show! It’s one of my favorites.”
“You’re such a weirdo,” she said with a smile.
After bonding over the show, Caiden took Travitha outside to teach her how to ride a bike.
“I think I’ve got it!” she smiled confidently,“You can go back inside.” As Caiden walked back into the loft, Travitha prepared to pedal.
“Woah. Woah! WOAH!”
“Ahhhh!!” she screamed as she went straight into the bush.
She pulled the bike out. “How could Caiden leave me like that when I clearly wasn’t ready to ride alone?” she thought as she wiped a tear from her face.
Travitha went up in her room and Caiden came in to sit down and talk to her. “You’re a bucket head!” she lashed out.
“Excuse me?” he said taken aback.
“You left me out there and look what happened! I ran my bike straight into a bush!”
“Oooo… that’s not good,” Caiden said.
“How could you do that to me?!?”

I was very excited to have Caiden teach Travitha to ride a bike but due to a game glitch at the time, the interaction kept cancelling whenever he tried to help her. However, she was able to practice on her own.
