Leila fantasizes about what a life married to Caiden would’ve been like, had she never broken up with him.

As the family sat down with their plates of cheesy eyeballs for Harvestfest, Leila unknowingly placed her plate down and settled in across from Jamie. Her eyes drifted as she stared longingly at Caiden, who was laughing at another table. If only I had made a different choice back then.
She pictured a huge mansion with a butler answering the door.
“Good evening Mrs. Harris,” he said as he opened the door for her.
“Thank you, Archibald. Have you prepared the dinner table?” she asked.
“Yes, ma’am. The kids and your husband are just washing up.”
Leila walked through the door and slipped off her shoes. As she handed her jacket to Archibald, she called out.
“Caiden! Sweetie! I’m home!”
