Cindy Sour is a true overachiever. She wants it all, but she also wants instant gratification. When the idea of having a baby pops into her head, she dives head first into making it happen. As always though, it’s Cindy’s way or the highway in this Sims 4 Short Story.
“Cindy Sour Tries to Start a Family”
With only 94 days left of her young adult life, Cindy was desperate to start a family.
However, because she never spent time with children before, she thought it might be best to rent one for the day instead.
She gleefully stopped this scout and offered him money in exchange for some parenting practice.
He wasn’t on board. “Is that even legal?” he asked skeptically.
She pulled out her phone. “I’m going to be a lawyer, I should really know the answer to that, shouldn’t I!” she said as she quickly searched the web.
“I guess it’s not. Sorry,” she shrugged. “Can I have my $100 back?”
As the sun came up, Cindy found the homeless man she had kissed hours earlier. Maybe he would have a baby with her, she thought.
“Hey! Do you remember me? Your new lawyer from last night? I was thinking…we should make a baby!” she said excitedly.
He stared at her. “Excuse me?!”
“I don’t want to have a family with you. I’ve known you for like, two hours.”
“Oh no! You’ve got it all wrong. I’m not asking to start a family. Just to make a baby!”
“You don’t want to?”
He shrugged.
“Can I have my bench back now please?”
Just as she was about to plead her case, he pretended to answer his phone.
“Okay… well…I guess this is goodbye?” she said with a wave as he ignored her.
