Season 5, Episode 15, Chapter 76
After class, Jarrett headed to the art room and made a promposal sign. He didn’t know who he’d ask, but he thought he’d make a sign just in case the moment struck!
He wandered into the school hallway and ran into — “not Rafael”.
“Hey man! What’s up!? What’s everyone jabbering about?” Jarrett said, trying to join the conversation.
The girl stared blankly. Why was this guy interrupting their conversation?
He stared at Jarrett. I can’t believe this dork-o is ruining my mojo with this totally hot girl.
He yelled at Jarrett about him eavesdropping on his plans for world domination.
“We could totally take control of this school if we put our mind to it,” the girl said. The custodian looked worried. This wasn’t what he thought they were planning.
“Destroy the school? World domination? What!?” Jarrett cried.
“Our plans have been foiled!!” Ignacio pouted.
“Come on, let’s get to work,” Ignacio said as they walked off, leaving Jarrett in tears.
He just wanted to make friends, not ruin their plans.
He felt bad as he cried…and a little scared. What was up with this school?
Before leaving, he ran into a classmate. “We need to save the school from world domination!!” He said.
“Umm what?” She stared at him.
“You’re crazy,” she threw up her hand before walking away.
Back at the Scott house, the kids invited a bunch of friends over. Casey greeted Caiden’s best friend, Leila.
“I hear you’re marrying my bro,” Casey teased.
“OMG. We’re not getting married,” she blew his comment off with an eye roll.
“Leila and Caiden sittin in a tree —“
Now she was annoyed. She and Caiden were just friends after all.
She tried to be polite while thinking about how much she didn’t like his teasing. “Please don’t tease me, it’s not nice. Your brother and I are just friends,” she said standing her ground.
“I’m sorry,” he apologized. “Caiden just always talks about how pretty you are.”
She put her hands on her hips as she listened to him apologize.
“It’s okay… I just didn’t want you to think I was crushing on Caiden.”
“Oh?” He said with a smile, getting the totally wrong idea.
“Well if you don’t marry my brother one day…maybe you and I will get married!” He jested.
Uggg when will this conversation end? Leila thought while she politely smiled.
Casey waved coyly. Leila was really pretty, how did he never notice before?
Is Caiden’s brother crushing on me? This is so awkward, Leila thought.
Caiden was completely oblivious to the conversation as he showed off his soccer skills to a friend.
But Carter overheard everything, while he watched from the pirate ship.
