“Oh, I’m serious. More than that, I restarted World United. Your world domination plans are going down.”
Ignacio was shocked.
“Are you kidding me right now? It’s one thing to not want to talk to me but to try and ruin my life’s work?! You know more than anyone how important that is to me!”
“Oh gosh, Iggy! I didn’t even think about that. Your life’s work?”
“Oh, how ever will I recover from knowing I’ve destroyed it?” she fake cried.
“I thought you got me Annabelle.”
“And I thought you weren’t such a llama at one point. Looks like we were both naive.”
“Annie. Come on, baby. You’ve gotta rethink this.”
“Ummm…how about, no?”
Iggy sat there distraught.
“Well this conversation has been swell. I’ll see you around, Ignacio,” Annabelle said with a self-assured smile as she left him sitting alone outside. It felt amazing to finally stand up for herself!
Back at the ranch, Caiden and Travis went for a jog together. “So are you ready for the big day, son?” Travis said.
Caiden stopped and looked at him. “Honestly dad, I’m counting every minute until that woman is my wife.”
As they walked inside, Travis looked at Jamie and Caiden’s picture from Strangerville. “You really have come a long way, son.”
As he sat down at the piano bench, Jamie walked into the room and kissed Caiden.
Travis looked over at them. “Who would’ve thought Don Lothario would’ve brought my son’s soulmate into this world,” he smiled.
“Aren’t you glad I made a move on you in Strangerville?”
“I believe I made the move on you,” Jamie flirted.
Jamie started singing, throwing back to their time in Strangerville. “If you need me call me. No matter where you are!”
“No matter how far!” Travis sang out.
“Don’t worry baby!” Caiden belted as Jamie giggled. “You’re really feeling this song, aren’t you?” she said.
“Always,” he chuckled. “But seriously, it looks like it’s time for our wedding!”
As the family arrived at the botanical gardens for the wedding, Travis walked down the aisle to find his chair.
“I can’t believe Caiden is getting married today!” he beamed.
Don sat in his chair dressed in his favorite wedding attire. “It’s no plane wreck, but at least I’ve got my cool bomber jacket!”
Caiden began to head down the aisle as Chloe searched for her seat.
“To think my little boy who snuck out of the house all the time is getting married,” Hannah smiled. Casey grimaced behind her. “These plastic seats are so uncomfortable,” he thought.
Casey looked at the aisle with a frown on his face. “When I get married one day, I definitely will get better chairs.”
“I’m getting married, Dad!” Caiden gushed as he passed Travis down the aisle.
“I can’t believe it,” he started to cry. Can you believe the day has finally arrived?
