- I wanted to approach this storyline very differently than just Casey swooping in on his brother’s girl. Casey is not a bad guy. He’s a teenager dealing with feelings for his brother’s girlfriend and unsure how to handle it.
- Caiden, being the confident teen he is, readily assumed Leila wouldn’t share feelings for Casey and therefore, chose not to take his brother’s confession too seriously.
