When Tomi goes into labor, she calls her for advice. As always though, Lucia’s advice is not what she expects.

Excerpt
The moonlight shined over Taratosa as Tomi stepped inside the creaking wooden bath tub. Nestled amongst the bushes and flowers, there was something so relaxing about bathing in nature.
Tomi sat in the tub and delicately tried to lean back as her pregnancy belly wobbled. She tilted her head back, looking up at the stars. I hope I can get back out of this tub, she thought to herself. After all, I could be giving birth in “a million question marks”. Tomi sighed.
It was so unfair that throughout pregnancy, she always knew when the next trimester was but the second she hit the third trimester, there was just this overwhelming uncertainty.
As the stars above slowly rotated across the sky, Tomi’s mind started to race. Are we prepared for this? Who am I going to turn to when I don’t know what to do?
The recent introduction of infants into the world just made everything so much more complicated. Being the first generation to care for one meant there was nobody to lend a helping ear of advice.
Tomi took a deep breath. It will all be okay. Jarrett is going to be an incredible dad. He’s so attentive and gentle. He was made for this. After all, he had the Scott’s as parents and as he tells it, they are the best. I on the other hand, had my parents.
I love them, of course, but there’s no denying my house has always been a little weird —
